My Vision and my Mission

Meals For Longevity Project

We pour our hearts and souls into Meals For Longevity, all for YOU! On January 20, 2022, amidst the pandemic, Meals for Longevity was born in my father's summer condo in Lido Delle Nazioni, a serene village on the Adriatic Sea in Italy. After four years of hard daily work, my program is ready for you.

What We Offer:

  • Weekly meal program designed to help you achieve and maintain good health without the stress of deciding what to eat.

  • Affordable pricing for worldwide accessibility, helping you manage your grocery expenses.

Our Contributions:

  • Backed by physicians, researchers, the healthcare industry, publications, and Italian centenarians.

  • Healthy cooking expertise honed over 30+ years in the professional food and healthcare sectors.

Our Mission:

Empower you to cook nutritious meals and lead a healthier, longer life by bringing the science of the centenarian Mediterranean Diet to your table, setting a new standard in our diverse world.

"It is impossible to predict how long a person will live, but your loved ones will have witnessed how you treasure your body and mind to lead an exceptionally healthy lifestyle.

This learning will be valuable to future generations."

Giuseppe Uano and Ewa Sienczak

My Dedications

"This program is in honor of my family, especially my father, Francesco Urbano, whose new life inspired me to change my life and the lives of others for the better.

Papa' was born shortly after WWII in Terlizzi, Puglia, a low-income rural village in southern Italy, and grew up eating the original Mediterranean diet. His passion for cooking "poor people's" food (as he used to say!) inspired me to study culinary arts in Italy and work hard to become a professional chef in the 1980s. My father encouraged me to pursue a professional career as an Executive Chef and was proud of my achievements.

Meals For Longevity program is for people who believe that food is a natural gift to us and an important source of healthy living, as well as those who believe that time in this life is valuable for influencing their own and others' lives! My father died on May 6, 2021, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, and I was unable to be with him in his final days due to travel restrictions. As his last message to me, he left "Le ricette regionali della Puglia" (recipes from the region of Puglia) on his dinner table.

“I will always cherish the memories we shared in the kitchen. Your passion for cooking will continue to inspire me in my culinary journey.

I love you!

With a little more time, I could have seen him one last time. Later, Papa!”

Your son,

Giuseppe Urbano
