  • All Meal Plans:

    Each of our meal plans is designed to complement your daily caloric needs. Our meals, combined with your breakfast (approximately 300 calories) and two light snacks (around 150 calories each), help you meet your total daily calorie goals.     1500 Calorie Meal Plan:

    • Target Audience: Ideal for individuals looking to lose weight or maintain a lower caloric intake.

    • Meal Composition: Features smaller portion sizes, with carefully selected ingredients to ensure a balanced intake of essential nutrients while keeping the calorie count low.

    • Daily Distribution: Meals are crafted to provide approximately 500 calories each.

    • Nutritional Balance Modifiers:

      • Limit bread to 2 portions per day.

      • Reduce daily starch intake.

      • Decrease the serving size of chicken and fish by 1 portion per week.

      • Reduce the serving size of potatoes, grains, and eggs by 1 serving per week.

    2000 Calorie Meal Plan:

  • Based on your booking date and the service scheduled, the chef will shop for fresh ingredients the day before arriving at your home. He will bring the prepped ingredients, along with his professional-grade cooking tools and utensils, to finalize your meals , package, label, and store them.

    All we need is access to your electric power, four-burner stove, sink, and kitchen counters. In just 2 to 4 hours (depending on the service scheduled), he’ll prepare five days of meals from your personalized menu.

  • Meals prepared have a 4-day shelf life. Follow the provided reheating instructions for the best experience. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend re-plating your meal in a nice china dish to fully savor the original flavors.

    Please note: Our containers, although BPA-free and suitable for microwaving, reheating, and freezer storage for 30 days, are intended for food storage purposes only and not for consumption.

  • It is very simple; we do it all for you!

    1. Select on the website the chef and the meal service available in your area.

    2. Book on line the day the Chef will come to cook in your home. You will receive the booking confirmation by email.

    3. View the weekly menu for The New Modern Mediterranean Diet and select the meal package you would like to receive (5 lunches, 5 dinners, 10 meals). Checkout online to finalize your meal order.

    4. The chef will come to your home with the tools, pot and pans, and ingredients and cook for you. He will package all the meals you have ordered and store them in your refrigerator.

    5. Simply reheat your meals directly from the bento box, serve, and enjoy them!

    For uninterrupted service and optimal health benefits, we suggest a voluntary 4-week commitment, renewable for ongoing service. Stay in for one year to never go back to unhealthy eating.
